What should I do if my Cooktop control displays any “E” code error (for example “E11,” “E13” or “E14”)?

If you see an “E” and two digits, it means that the Cooktop has detected a condition it needs to check. To help correct this, try the following recommendations:
  • Reset the Cooktop’s main controls by turning the power to your Cooktop off, and then back on.
  • Be sure that the time of day is set. The time must be set in order for the Cooktop to operate.
If you continue to see the “E,” record the number and turn the power supply back off. Then contact your dealer, installing agent, or authorized service provider, or contact Electrolux ICON® at 1-877-4 ELECTROLUX.
