Why am I not getting water from my water dispenser?

If your water dispenser isn’t giving you any water, check the following:

• Be sure your water supply is connected to the Refrigerator (see the Installation Instructions).
• Check that your household water line valve is open.
• Make sure that your Freezer door is closed.
• Check the Refrigerator’s ice and water filter cartridges, because they might be clogged. Replace the PureAdvantage® filter cartridge if needed, pushing firmly until the filter snaps into place (you’ll hear a click when it’s back in place).
